Jesus, I come to you as humbly as I know how.

I ask that In this space, “In the Gap,” where life feels rawest and survival is a daily fight, I ask you to quiet the noise. Silence the deafening sounds of despair, the echoes of past hurts, and the anxious chatter of what tomorrow might bring. Bring a profound stillness that allows us to hear your comforting voice above all else.

Comfort the hurting, Lord. For those whose hearts ache from loss, betrayal, or the crushing weight of their circumstances, wrap them in your loving embrace. Let them feel your presence, a gentle balm on their wounds, reminding them they are not alone in their pain.

Reassure the weary, Father. For those who are exhausted from fighting, from simply existing in the gap, renew their strength. Whisper promises of hope into their spirits, reminding them that their struggle is seen, and their endurance is honored. Let them find rest in your unwavering faithfulness.

Finally, make this very space, “In the Gap,” a sanctuary of safety and truth. Let it be a place where vulnerability is welcomed, where stories can be shared without judgment, and where your unfailing truth shines brightest. May every soul who enters here find refuge, healing, and the unwavering assurance of your love. Amen.
